How to stack test, bold & tren

Hello everyone,

I am a crossfit athlete for the past 4 years where we do Olympic weightlifting accompanied with high intensity workouts and lately i want to cycle test, bold and tren

Information about my past cycles:
- bold 300mg every 3 days
- pharma sust 250 every 3 days

did this cycle twice before and the last one ended 4 months ago

did TBC 500 and GHRP-6 for a month as well a month ago

Now what i have in hand is the following

pharma sust 250 20 ampules
pharma bold 300 300mg/ml 20 amp
pharma tren 200mg/ml 10 ampules

What should be my dosage and at which days? and what would be the best PCT?
Also, is it okay to jump on tren regarding my past experience or should i ditch it?

I am shredded, Weight: 75 kg body fat sitting at 15%

Forgot to mention i am 27 years old
and did sarams twice before

Some people told me i can do 200mg of tren every week to minimize side effects and not to be on a high dosage

Now, remember we just met you and we don't know much about you at all. Think about it, we just meet a guy and tell him, hey slam some tren with sustanon and eq lol makes us look bad right bro?
In theory yea the cycle is good if you do 250mgs sust/300mgs eq but no tren as you're saying you're in olympic weightlifting but not sure if what I'm saying is right because I and the whole community needs to know you better, HOW?
well please share with us more, HOW? start a NEW thread with your LOG journal diary (current one) put up training diet sleep cardio and history and we can properly help you prep a cycle bro I promise.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

keep in mind with tren you will get stronger but your cardio will take a beating

tren is extremely inflammatory so you will have a difficult time breathing on it.

and the cardio effects linger. example lets say you run a 8 minute mile. you go on tren you will run a 10 or 11 minute mile .. thats how bad it is.

again keep that in mind and if you are okay with that then go ahead
 
eq is really good for crossfit
i would do that and tbol but log it
 
get up a log Journal
that will help us give you the best advice possible
 
check out ugfreak for your cycle
definitely log it for us it will be fun to see your progress

i cannot think of anything worse than tren for a crossfit athlete to do, not to mention that tren is for ADVANCED users only... i generally dont recommend at all but definitely not until one has several cycles under their belt, which you clearly do not have.. it just does not make any sense for you to use it whatsoever but you do you man
 
CrossFit involves strength training too
but I think equipoise would be better for you overall
 
bros same guys telling you tren is not good
same dudes doing hard drugs or smokin pot.
i say do it why not life is short
