How to truly bulk up on a steroid cycle

I'm not sure on these points, maybe partially true

i would say i agree 15% and disagree 85% with your points

LOL at those partly agreeing.

There was just 5 points:

1. Eat, eat, and eat some more.. You can never eat enough
If this was in any way true explain why many people are fat. The closest we get is the truly underweight who don't eat enough. And they can still get fat. So it's BS

2. Stay away from cardio, it is bad for you especially running. That is why runners are skinny
Where to start. There are fat runners (see 1) and we ALL need cardio. It's no good being massively muscled if you can't walk to the local shops without being out of breath.

3. Eat lots of protein. 400g or more per day minimum.
See my protein thread. It's also BS (prove me wrong with science)

4. Lift heavy weights. It isn’t about # of reps, its about heavy reps. You don’t see ronnie coleman lifting pink dumbbells
MAYBE this. And that'd be 80% wrong and 20% correct (so maths people). Except there's a LOT of members NOT benching even 300lbs and who still look great. And Ronnie, at his best would lift a pink dumbbell too (a 200lbs one though lol)

And a LOT of our members do volume work. One, too much IMO, was doing 22 sets for chest

5. Work your legs daily. You should squat every single day heavy
That way a hip replacement lays. You can do this as an experiment for a week (lots have - they never last). Example a buddy of mine who deadlifts close to 600lb at 80k/176lbs picked my brains about issues he had when he was on his 21st day of highish volume deadlifts. I pointed out the bleeding obvious - he needed a rest. In his case the best he could do was 2 weeks straight. I've done 14 days of training with no break to deliberately over train before a competition. It was hell.

So it's a 'no you can't.

Post away if you think I'm blowing smoke and say why.

So i came up with some good strategies to bulking up on a steroid cycle as someone who has been around the game for 20+ years
1. Eat, eat, and eat some more.. You can never eat enough
2. Stay away from cardio, it is bad for you especially running. That is why runners are skinny
3. Eat lots of protein. 400g or more per day minimum.
4. Lift heavy weights. It isn’t about # of reps, its about heavy reps. You don’t see ronnie coleman lifting pink dumbbells
5. Work your legs daily. You should squat every single day heavy
bro thats crazy squat every day come on

I disagree with most of it, lol. If you eat too much you will just get fat. If you squat every day you will have injuries to knees or hips. 400g protein is double what anyone here needs to gain mass. Cardio is essential for heart health.
