how to use test prop and reduce PIP?

25 yrs old, 5’8’’ and 212 pounds.
A friend of mine just did testosterone propionate and said it was awful. Every injection hurt like hell and he had a lot of inflammation where he had to rotate muscles on the day he was going to train. However he liked that it kicked in fast and he could keep the cycle short.
I’m looking to do a similar short cycle of only 8 weeks or less and would like to run 500 mg per week. What are some tips and tricks to reduce post-injection pain using prop?

This seems off. Post a physique pic. I'm inclined to say you should not be using steroids but maybe i'm wrong.

My trick is don’t use it lol. But if you insist mix it with another oil or steroid

if you use test prop its always going to have some pip, the ester itself is painful, even pharma grade is horrible pain
I would just not use short esters if pain issue

I would stay away from prop it's not worth it

try warming of the oil before you inject it that usually helps

If you really want to stick with prop, you can just get a pure carrier oil and mix it to "water it down".

I'd recommend teat E or C. Far less injections and far less PIP

Pip can a lot worse, especially in quads. Also, if you’re not injecting deep enough can cause some pip.
