How would you stack nolva and aromasin with test/anavar?

This is my 2nd time using steroids but first time in 8 years. I’m now 30 years old and 210 pounds and 5’11’’
I’m looking to run a 12 week cycle of test + anavar
my plan is 300mgs test, 50mgs var for 12 weeks.
I want to run aromasin and nolva with them to help with estrogen and shut down.
Any advice on how to run aromasin and nolva together? Should I just do 10mgs a day each and call it a day?

You don’t. Aromasin at 12.5 mg three times per week is prob more than enough ai.

you DO NOT need both of them whatsoever and nolva is not even an AI, its an estrogen blocker, which is completely different and completely unnecessary.. estrogen conversion on 300 mg of test, unless you are very prone to estrogen, should not be high at all as it is... aromasin at 12.5 mg every other day is a standard starting dose but for some, on a cycle like this, that would be high.. for me, it would not, but im extremely estrogen prone... you have to test with trial and error through bloodwork and problematic symptoms that could arise

I second that... Using both together makes no sense and might cause too much lowering of estrogen.

Aromasin lowers estrogen levels by stopping a certain enzyme from turning testosterone into estrogen. Avoids sides like holding onto water, bloating etc.. Nolvadex blocks estrogen and helps to restart making your natural testosterone again... normally taken after.

using nolvadex on cycle is what they used to do in the late 80's/90's before they knew about AI's

the people still recommending nolvadex are the same people who think you need 600g of protein a day. they get their info from debunked science and magazines

you dont need nolvadex
aromasin is enough around 10mgs eod
