Approved Log HRT Log - Female

I wonder if you have an issue sort of like tension headaches when you exercise
I know people like that especially women

I'd prefer that you was not using cyp. Even at low doses. That said good to see progress
Hey there @Mobster thanks for your comment

While I do understand your concern, it’s also important to remember that females need healthy levels of Test to balance hormones just as much as men, however this seems to be overlooked in every aspect of women’s health.

I have not gone into this lightly, and I have tried literally everything else you name it, I’ve tried it, to build my test levels naturally, and nothing has worked.

I spent months researching before finally taking the plunge to order some Test…. And well… as you can see from my Log, it’s been life changing in 6 weeks.

Why should I and many other countless women for that matter, continue to suffer with low mood, low libido, no energy, brain fog, weight gain, depression the list goes on… (and I’m not being dramatic, these are real symptoms we suffer with) because subscribing test for females isn’t common?

Taken in a balanced safe way it’s life changing and
My only wish, is that I had started it sooner. I’m going to make sure I watch for any signs of virilisation, I still want to remain feminine, but gosh I am loving feeling good after many many years of feeling dreadful.

I’m sorry! This turned into quite the rant, lol and I truly don’t mean it to sound like that, I assure you!

But maybe you can look at it with more open opinion ?

Thank you so much for your positive encouragement, and comments. I do appreciate it Bro

Def agree with this. Do use the Var till your strength has peaked! Get used to adding HGH in first. This should help with recovery too. Then cycle it 5-10mg day i split 5mg am 5mg pm. I Use it 6-8 weeks. U can try it for 4 weeks see how you react. But I’d def wait be on the TRT and HGH for a few months. Just my opinion.
So exciting that you’re seeing and get king feeling a diff in energy clarity and strength! 💪🌸
I don’t understand why doctors don’t give women test at menopause. I never got mine tested before starting. So who knows if mine was low. Just starting hrt (estrogen/progesterone ) helped my fog and energy picked up and my belly fat started to reduce. I asked years ago to check my hormones they check my estrogen level it was with in norm levels. But no sex drive! When I started test a year ago my life changed for better in so many ways! Like what you’re seeing plus libido. Nice side effect lol! We did have that test up a bit too high in beginning. 10mg seems bout perfect.
I thought a read you’re on progesterone but not estrogen?? Why one, not the other? Just curious. Sounds like getting the digestion nausea stuff sorted out good to hear. Keep it up sister. Don’t go too hard too fast! Body gotta keep up with gains. Don’t get injury! Happy lifting 💪🌸
Hey there sister! Thanks for your comment!
I was also wondering about the Estrogen, I think I might start including that also.
I’m glad you also mentioned stretching, I’m so confused! I’ve read many things stating only stretch AFTER lifting, but it feels weird to me not to stretch before lifting also? But if you say to stretch before, during and after then that’s what I will start doing. I certainly don’t want an injury right when I finally feel like I am able to get some s”*t done! Haha
Cheers sis

some women are taking testosterone to balance their hormones as well

I'm really proud of you for keeping up this log

I think a lot of guys don't like women using the same steroids they're using

Everything understood but why aren't you using what we'd usually recommend - Anavar? You'll no doubt be aware of it via the time you spent researching.

Hey Mate, yeah I am aware of Anavar, I will cycle this on and off at times, but mainly looking to low dose the test at micro doses to bring up testosterone levels … seems to be more safe long term then Var, but I’m still learning, I’m no expert, and appreciating everyone’s feedback on things

Good job

Too many body parts trained in one workout. Yes you are overtraining per workout. This is better split.
Legs
Chest/Tris/delts
Back/Bi’s

Ideally you would go 1 day on one day off.
That's my split 3 days of weights 4 days of cardio

@Noah Wixx do you happen to have an eg of what your training looks like on these days please? I think I might try doing this split also, but not sure what to Train or how many set/reps etc?
