Too many body parts trained in one workout. Yes you are overtraining per workout. This is better split.
Legs
Chest/Tris/delts
Back/Bi’s

Ideally you would go 1 day on one day off.
@RoidRage69 I’ve been searching through your wife’s @RoidRageWife log trying to find the training split but it’s a long log! Lol is it possible to tag me in an eg of what you would train like on this 3 day split ? Thanks heaps guys!
 
I agree anavar would be the optimum choice
Anavar would be a bad choice for what she is doing. She is menopausal and is looking for all the benefits of testosterone which women need. Ever sense my wife started test injections 12 months ago it's been a complete life changing experience all positive. Anavar can only be cycled 6-8 weeks before side effects become an issue.

She is not a young competitive athlete looking to cycle which would only make the ups and downs worse. It's much better that females have stable hormone levels rather than erratic.

That's interesting. I always hear about liver numbers going bad for any orals. Would like to get some info from others of thisnis true. How much were u using? If that's the case I would be very interested in trying out longer runs of it.

Brother its pretty mild on the liver compared to other orals which is why its widely used often and praised but its still an oral and everyone is different. I run it usually 40-60mg daily and i love it u feel great in the gym amazing pumps and lean quality gains. I know guys that run it year round on low doses like 10-20mg. Everyone is different but for me i run it in long cycles and feel fine no side effects that i noticed personally

The strength aspect really interests me. I love to train heavy. I get high from it.
 
U would love 50-60mg’s anavar then bro. Maybe trial it see if its for u if not scrap it
I would too but I am scheduled to start taking anadrol in 7 weeks. Not sure if it would be wise or not. Will have to think this out.

Woooo anadrol is somethin else i cant cop it for more than couple weeks just makes me feel like shit but it transforms u like crazy and strength gains are mental. Yeah definitely wouldnt use any other orals on top of A-drol its heavy enough on the organs as is. Killed my appetite too bro

Well im dieting in a 1000-1500 cal deficit so if it kills appetite it's all good.

The split above is good. We do no a shoulder/ arm day too.
You want to do on larger body parts like chest back legs do like 4-5 exercises about 3 working sets each exercise. On like the arms maybe maybe 2-3 exercises same 3 sets. Warm ups not included. Hope that helps 💪🌸

Supps 5mg test Cyp every 5days. 1iu Growth hormone nightly.
165mg desiccated thyroid twice daily.
Progesterone cream daily.
Vit D,K,E. Magnesium
Infrared Sauna 40mins each week.



I’m still happily plugging away!

Fatigue got me again for a few days, so I just made sure I didn’t push myself too hard at gym, and rested when I needed to.

My fatigue is definitely way way way less then it used to be and even when I do feel fatigued, it’s not like i used to get where i was so smashed feeling that I can’t even lift my arms and need total bed rest, and now it only lasts a few days, and then I am back to feeling good again.

Still doing my test Cyp from @SILVERBACK LABS every 5 days, and 1iu of GH each night.

Haven’t had any huge PB’s at gym, due to fatigue , but each week I am still able to progress up in weights, so I’m happy with that.

I also did my very first push up on my toes today! Yay!
Libido is most definitely improved which has been fun wink wink 😉

Scale is staying the same, but I’m finding clothes are fitting a tad more loosely and I had to buy some new gym sports bras in a smaller size. So maybe some body recomping happening hopefully.

I also feel like my belly fat is less….

I was doing some cable reverse flies today and saw my arms/traps in the mirror and I was super happy, I can see some muscle definition coming in. It’s not much compared to some of the amazing ladies on here, and don’t laugh @RoidRageWife lol

All in all, I’m really happy with all the improvements I’m feeling and seeing.

He there girl you look phenomenal. You already making great progress. Fatigue proves that you're putting the work in. Your body is going through some major changes and thats normal. Just keep plugging away and good things will come. You just have to make sure you're getting enough rest outside of the gym.

Thank you bro! Yes, I am staying consistent, and that’s the most important thing. Everything takes time, it’s so good to be enjoying my workouts at gym, and not dreading them like I used to cause I was just sooooo tired all the time. I can’t wait to get to gym these days!
