Do small increases each week on your diff body parts. If your getting 10-15 reps go up a kilo or 2 depending on the exercise.
Thanks sis, I’m trying to go up each week, and most weeks I have been, just not the weeks I felt crappy obviously. But the app I am using to track my workouts is great and it tells me what increments to go up in weights, so that’s been cool

Test flu? Never knew there was such a thing?
Ever notice all the juice monkeys in the gym walking around with colds more so than others? Lol

Hey guys
So I thought I would try something new yesterday to keep things interesting, and I tried Sumo Deadlifts.
Due to my lower back issues (ankylosing spondylitis and disk buldge L4/L5) I’ve been doing trap bar dead’s, because it takes the pressure off my lower back.
Someone at gym suggested Sumo Dead’s so I got one of the PT’s to show me how to do them correctly and I loved it! Wow my legs and my butt are really feeling it today tho haha. (But I also did 200kg paused leg press’s ouch)
I’m excited to see how strong I can get with them now.
I only did 40kg for 10 reps 4 sets, just to get the feeling for the new movements and I get low blood pressure so I was getting a little dizzy, but yeah, was cool to learn a new movement and I’m keen to set new PB on it 👍🏽
Id love to hear any of your favourite excerises you’ve tried, for any areas?

@Smiley G I like to do straight bench press, slow and no jerking movement, get a good wide chest push
sumo deads are nice but you gotta make sure to go slow and tight :)

Don't get discouraged lifting heavy is something that is difficult by design, it I'd achievable and I have no doubt you can do it, the first step is winning the mental battle in your mind and telling yourself you can, if u defeat yourself mentally than u already lost, change your mindset and watch what happens and unlock your true potential.
