Hey everyone, I’ve just started a new program, posting below Day 1/Lower, I’ve not done a program before where it’s only 2 sets, and the second set is supposed to be not quite to failure… This phase is 4 weeks.
Will post the following Upper/Lower days soon. Takes a while to write it all out.
What are your thoughts?
Also…. Feeling a little ‘brighter’ mentally today, and more positive feeling in general, and dare I say it, slightly more energy?


started the Test Cyp on Saturday 8th so maybe too soon, but I definitely feel a slight change within myself. Trying to stay quietly optimistic lol
