I remembered this was when I was taking the Ipamorelin and Tesamorelin…. So maybe they did help? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hey everyone, I’ve just started a new program, posting below Day 1/Lower, I’ve not done a program before where it’s only 2 sets, and the second set is supposed to be not quite to failure… This phase is 4 weeks.
Will post the following Upper/Lower days soon. Takes a while to write it all out.
What are your thoughts?

Also…. Feeling a little ‘brighter’ mentally today, and more positive feeling in general, and dare I say it, slightly more energy? 😯😯 started the Test Cyp on Saturday 8th so maybe too soon, but I definitely feel a slight change within myself. Trying to stay quietly optimistic lol
Looking forward to getting in the gym tomorrow!

Lying leg curl

Set 1, 6-8reps, 12.5kg
Set 2 max reps

Squats
2 sets
Set 1, 6-8 reps, 72kg
Set 2 max reps

Leg press set

Set 1, 6-8 reps 183kg
Set 2 max reps

Squat BB front
Set 1, 9+ reps 36kg
Set 2 max reps

Hip thrust
Set 1, ..9+ reps 102kg

nice progression in the last pic can definitely see big improvements in each one, you have a nice lean but strong physique sister definitely looking forward to seeing you progress, your doing a great job! good to hear that your starting to feel better also, the test cyp will start working to make you feel better in the first week, week 3 is when your going to start seeing big improvements in strength, and week 4 is when it should really start to shine 💪 loving this log so far!

I can vouch for that. The beginning of week 4 last summer my wife told me to buy her a vibrator. Testosterone is awesome!!!

Hey guys, sooo OMG I’m feeling really good today!
I just had a really good workout too! It was the first time in I can’t remember how long, that I got in the gym and was excited to lift some weights, not dreading it cause I felt so tired. I could have kept going! But I had finished my workout so I did some time on the treadmill…
I am so excited to feel half decent, (and it’s even that time of the month too, lol sorry if too much info,but hey, it’s all part of being a female,so I may as well include the good,the bad,and the ugly in this Log lol)
And I haven’t even started my Anavar yet cause I’m waiting for my Microspoon to arrive.
Woot woot! This is awesome!

Oh and ALSO I am actually feeling a little bit hungry! Yay!
 
Just make sure you stretch and warmup really good because you’re going to be lifting more weight and your tendons and ligaments will be stressed. Your body will be doing things it’s not used to doing. Also rest and relax as much as you can for recovery.

Tonight’s dinner pics, you’re gonna think this is so boring, but here goes, Eye fillet steak, Mash potato,roast pumpkin and asparagus with gravy. Followed by 4 squares of Dark chocolate
