Approved Log HRT LOG

Good morning all,
Posting some pics so we have some reference to look back on…
Feeling very vulnerable posting these as all of you are so ripped and muscular and I still have such a long way to to, but hey… got to start somewhere I guess.
I’m also posting my ‘before’ pic of how I looked before I started strength training which is extremely hard for me to share, but if it helps anyone like me then it’s worth it.
The last 4 years have been a slow struggle to recomp, and build muscle, but the HRT in the last 6months has been a game changer!
So I’m super excited for this year as I am dedicating the entire year to building, no dieting! And my supps from @Liquid Gold Labs 🙌🏼 can’t thank him enough for all his help, guidance and support! 100% legend
You've made amazing progress sister @Smiley G :D we can see you've gone maximum with your results and have done amazing things.

Thanks for posting up the pictures nice transformation so far keep it going

I'm not ripped lol. Lots of meat with an ice cream sandwich (by belly lol)

I think you are beautiful, no matter what you look like. I can tell you're a beautiful person.

It definitely can get hard, especially when you go through a lot of things.

Glad to see the HRT is paying off for you.

Looking forward to following along. Thanks for posting up the pics. It definitely helps see the changes as you go!

Hey all excited to be starting a log about my HRT and training thanks to my sponser @Liquid Gold Labs !

I’ve been weight training about 4 years now, for those first 3.5 years I didn’t realise my hormones were totally out of whack, so to say building muscle has been hard is an understatement!!
I do struggle with fatigue and find that’s my main issue with building muscle, is that I rarely have enough stamina to really push hard in the gym, but I still go and do my best.

I have decided to stop chasing fat loss and eat at maintenance for the entire year, and see how much muscle I can build along with my supps!

Current maintenance cals are 2100 but I will be trying to reverse diet and get my cals up higher, and hopefully this will help boost my metabolism too.

I can see some muscles coming in and people are commenting I look ‘toned’ but I’m determined to build more muscle as I want to be a strong ass woman by the time I hit 50!
Excited to see how I progress this year with help from @Liquid Gold Labs !

Thank you for following along

Updated pics to come, and training/meals etc

Are you on meds for the AS?
Hey bro, no I’m not on any meds for the AS… dr’s really didn’t have much to offer, I tried LDN for a while (Low Dose Naltrexone) but I didn’t really find it did much.. I try to eat low inflammatory diet etc which seems to be managing it for now… although I do go through stages where pain increases and I get what I call ‘flare ups’ so I usually up my Magnesium, and fish oils, PEA… stuff like that till it calms down again

Made a lot of good progress you should be proud. I know I’ve got a few pics of myself at like 160+ lbs body weight was a lot of fat pounds. So the pic I have most recently posted still feeling self conscious lol. Even though all the gals seem to want a big ass! Keep it up 💪🌸🏋️‍♀️
Thank you !! I just found your new log and I’m following along, awesome work your looking amazing and so strong !! 🙌🏼🙌🏼 Ass is amazing too! Haha lucky man @RoidRage69 wink wink
