Hello again evo. Get ready for a fun log full of numerous gear issues, confusing labs, and plans changing left and right! Hopefully we all learn something and you get to watch me get strong as fuck at the same time.

Stats:

6'4"
255lb
16% BF
I train strongman primarily with a mix of bodybuilding/powerlifting style accessories and am coached by one of the best in the business.

Diet:

Vertical diet consisting of primarily grass fed beef, white rice, bone broth, spinach, berries, good fats etc. I have IBS so I stick to this diet very closely as the low inflammation foods help greatly with IBS issues, I also do at least fasting day a week for around 18 hours.

Cals right now are between 3700-4100 depending on the day, with higher carbs on training days and lower carbs on off days.

Current supplements:

NAC 1g
Citrous bergamot 1000mg
Ubiquinal 100mg
Tudca 250mg
Vitamin k2 100mcg
Curcumin 400mg
Vitamin D 50,000iu 2x a week
Omega 3 fish oil 4g
Beet root extract AM and then pre-workout
B complex
Cranberry extract
Udo's 3-6-9 oil 1tbsp with protein shake

I also take Ezetimibe 10mg and Telmisartan 40mg for longevity and overall health. I've never had BP or cholesterol issues, but I like having these as support on cycle. Telmisartan is supposed to help a lot with LVH and localized BP control in the kidneys. AI is pharma grade aromasin 6.25mg 3x per week.

Night supplements:

NAC 2g
Cosamin ASU
Ubiquinal 100mg
Tudca 250mg
Zinc 50mg
Magnesium 500mg
Curcumin 400mg
Udo's 3-6-9 oil 1tbsp with fiber

Full labs done pre-cycle including metabolic, lipid, test free/total, e2, CBC, etc... All perfect.

Quick back story on this cycle:

My last cycle was 10.5 weeks Tren E 200mg/wk alongside my normal 200mg/wk TRT dose. I had amazing results from that cycle; however, I was training for one specific event and did not focus too much on building strength on other lifts. This current cycle was supposed to be 14 weeks of 300mg/wk Test, 300mg/wk EQ, 40mg/day Tbol. At week 4 I planned to add in 200mg Tren and drop the tbol shortly after. But here's where the issues start.... The 300mg test was severely underdosed (see my other thread talking about this and go over labs) and the tbol sent was not tbol... Most likely dbol as 4 weeks into this cycle I had gone from 255lb to 272lb and was holding a lot of water weight, Strength felt great but the bloat was awful. After mid cycle labs and realizing the Test was shit and the tbol was fake I decided to drop the oral and order new Test and EQ from a different vendor. I had already started the 200mg/wk Tren right before dropping the oral, luckily I have enough of my TRT script to run that a little higher for the time being while I wait for the new gear to arrive. So here is the new plan....


*ACTUAL CYCLE*

Currently I am running 400mg/wk pharma grade Test, 200mg/wk Tren E, 300mg/wk EQ. With that being said this EQ is from the same supplier that the bad test and tbol was from so I will be switching over to new EQ once the new stuff comes in. I plan to run this for the next 10 weeks. Around week 3 I will switch over to the new Test I ordered and run it at 500mg/wk while staying on the 200mg/wk Tren and 300mg/wk EQ.

Stay tuned and watch this experiment. I am currently two weeks into a strength block in training so I will start posting my training below.
