Week 4 day 1
Squats. Today was a little different. Coach programmed "work up to a heavy single in 10 minutes" So, I set a timer for 10 minutes, had minimal rest between sets, and worked up from an empty bar to 525lb before the timer went off. A lot harder then it sounds lol Video is 485lb then top set of 525lb. Plenty more in the tank.
