Week 4 day 1

Squats. Today was a little different. Coach programmed "work up to a heavy single in 10 minutes" So, I set a timer for 10 minutes, had minimal rest between sets, and worked up from an empty bar to 525lb before the timer went off. A lot harder then it sounds lol Video is 485lb then top set of 525lb. Plenty more in the tank.

Bodyweight lunges 2x200ft
Kickbacks 3x10
GHD 3x12
Reverse sled drag 3x100ft
 
Week 4 day 1

Push press
5x2 @ 200lb + 50lb band tension

Strict press
Worked up to 1x5 @ 220lb

Accessories:
Cable decline press 4x12
DB seated overhead press 3x8
Zottman curls 3x12
Reverse grip drag curls 3x12
Lateral and front delt raises 3x15
@Hsc318 1x5 at 220lbs thats a big press keep going
 
Week 4 day 2

Push press
5x2 @ 200lb + 50lb band tension

Strict press
Worked up to 1x5 @ 220lb

Accessories:
Cable decline press 4x12
DB seated overhead press 3x8
Zottman curls 3x12
Reverse grip drag curls 3x12
Lateral and front delt raises 3x15

Week 4 day 3

Deadlifts. Little different this week and getting a little rest on these. Was programmed to work up to a heavy single double overhand, no straps, no hook or mixed grip, just working on grip.

Worked up to 605lb. Grip slipped at the top but was able to lock it out.

Video is the set before at 585lb

Yoke speed runs
3x40ft @ 600lb

Accessories:
Death march... fuck that. 5 minutes continuous with 30lb dumbbells
Cardio circuits
Finished up with 100 calorie row
 
that is some big boy weight for sure
