Approved Log HSC318 Testosterone Trenbolone cycle log part 2

Week 4 day 3

Deadlifts. Little different this week and getting a little rest on these. Was programmed to work up to a heavy single double overhand, no straps, no hook or mixed grip, just working on grip.

Worked up to 605lb. Grip slipped at the top but was able to lock it out.

Yoke speed runs
3x40ft @ 600lb

Accessories:
Death march... fuck that. 5 minutes continuous with 30lb dumbbells
Cardio circuits
Finished up with 100 calorie row

Practice with thick bar or train grip too

I like axle bar deadlifts for grip work a lot. Farmers carry I've done over 400lb per hand so my grip is pretty decent. Double over hand on deadlift bars seems to always max around 600-625 for me though, I think it's cause the bar is thin and rotates very easily.

@Hsc318 400lbs farmers carry is real hardcore but damn 625 is real next level

Awesome day today.

Log press. Programmed like my day 1 this week. Was supposed to work up to heavy single in 10 minutes. I went from an empty log to 280lb then 300lb, still had one minute left on the timer so I jumped to 320lb.

DB delt 6 way 3x15 @ 25lb

Feeling very strong. Been off the tren for a week or so now and back on my normal trt dose. Still feeling strong. I plan to get a post cycle dexa scan done next week to see where I'm at.
