Week 4 day 4
Awesome day today.
Log press. Programmed like my day 1 this week. Was supposed to work up to heavy single in 10 minutes. I went from an empty log to 280lb then 300lb, still had one minute left on the timer so I jumped to 320lb.

Feeling very strong. Been off the tren for a week or so now and back on my normal trt dose.
Still feeling strong. I plan to get a post cycle dexa scan done next week to see where I'm at.
