Week 4 day 4

Awesome day today.

Log press. Programmed like my day 1 this week. Was supposed to work up to heavy single in 10 minutes. I went from an empty log to 280lb then 300lb, still had one minute left on the timer so I jumped to 320lb.

Floor press
3x3 @ 315lb
1x1 @ 375lb

Accessories
Pendlay row 3x10 @ 255lb
Lat pulldown 3x12 @ 160lb
DB delt 6 way 3x15 @ 25lb

Feeling very strong. Been off the tren for a week or so now and back on my normal trt dose. Still feeling strong. I plan to get a post cycle dexa scan done next week to see where I'm at.

Week 5 day 2 reload

Axle press with 2 count pause on the dip.
Worked to a heavy single at 305lb

Accessories:
DB Z press 3x8 @ 55lb
Face pulls with pause 3x12 @ 120lb
Lat pulldown 3x10 @ 160lb
Zottman curls and reverse curls 3x12 each

Week 5 day 3 reload

Log press EMOM (every minute on the minute)
3x1 @ 260lb
3x1 @ 280lb
3x1 @ 295lb

3 board bench press
1x1 @ 385lb
2x3 @ 335lb

Accessories:
Seated row 3x8 @ 250lb
DB flat bench 3x6 @ 110lb DBs
Tricep press down 1x40 @ 100lb
Underhand tricep press down 1x40 @ 90lb

Good week. Sorry no videos other than the deadlift from this week.

Top sets moved really well and I know I have more in me. 600lb was doable but I called it at 560lb as I am so congested today from being sick that I could barely breathe...Still going to try and push this week to see where I get though.

GHD 3x30 seconds
Russian twist 3x15e
