Squats
1x3 @ 415lb
1x1 @ 505lb
1x1 @ 535lb
1x1 @ 560lb


Top sets moved really well and I know I have more in me. 600lb was doable but I called it at 560lb as I am so congested today from being sick that I could barely breathe...Still going to try and push this week to see where I get though.

Accessories:
Bodyweight lunges 1x200ft
GHD 3x30 seconds
Russian twist 3x15e

Well, kinda some bad news. Gonna have to postpone this week's training to next week. I am pretty pissed because it seems I always get sick around max or peak weeks, but it is what it is. Tried to push it today but I just couldn't catch my breath or get passed the body fatigue. I will rest up and hopefully have some nice updates next week.

3x3 @ 275lb

Accessories
DB Z press 3x10 @ 55lb
Face pulls with 2ct pause 3x10 @ 120lb
Pull downs 3x10 @ 180lb
Zottman curls and reverse curls 3x12 @ 35lb and 70lb
