tricep press 3x15/reverse grip drag curl 3x15
Seated chest press 3x20/15/12
Cable pec work 3x20

no cardio today cause I was lazy.

Pic is a fluffy 275lb after a day of eating and hydrating. I'll wake up tomorrow at 267ish with some abs again lol
