@Hsc318 good reload , you bump up the calories for the reload? and protein?

Cals bumped up slightly, around 4500, and protein is up over 300g again. Basically supplementing protein shakes between every meal and even mixing protein with my nightly fiber. I'm gonna keep adding in more carbs on my training days for my calories, while cycling carbs lower on off days.

@Hsc318 protein with fiber thats what I have my contest prep guys do perfect
 
good job keeping up with the fiber even with a lot of protein
 
much respect your deadlifts are very impressive
 
wow that is a hell of a lift you are one of the strongest dudes on here
 
not my style of training at all but much respect for the amount of weight you're pushing
