You can overcome lack of genetics with heart and passion. If u want it bad enough and train hard enough you can go a long ways. Dorian didn’t have great genetics, but he trained like a maniac everyday in the gym. He even admitted his genetics were average at best. Same thing with me. I don’t leave anything on the table when I leave the gym every day.

@RoidRage69 sure I agree with that, you can overcome genetics for sure bro :) but that means not eating like guys who are gifted, actually doing it right
 
Proper nutrition is definitely crucial
Most Americans eat nothing but fake food all day and won't get you anywhere

pretty cool that he's doing fasted cardio on every Training Day
 
the cardio is important especially at that size
gotta keep the heart nice and strong
 
you could try this roidrage
but i think it would be too much food for 99% of guys on here
remember he is on a lot of stuff which makes all this food work to his advantage
