Hello everyone, I’m glad to be here and I’m a newer member. Over these last two years I lost a significant amount of weight, and starting training again daily. I lost about 40 pounds of fat and put on close to 20 pounds of muscle.

I’m cruising on 120 test/100 mast until June. This log will consist of my weight training, distance running, and diet.

My stats: 6’2, 220 pounds, 29 years old. I’m currently eating at maintenance, roughly 3200 calories but on run days maintenance can be up to 4200 calories. My goals are to bring my strength up, although I put on a lot of muscle, I’m not very strong. I also want to be able to consistently run 10+ miles with ease.

I have no affiliation or sponsorship from any lab, I consider myself a hybrid athlete meaning I run, lift and swim.

Here is my current starting physique no pump, I lost some fullness being off cycle, but it’s also hard to maintain that big look being 6’2:

As I’m new to this forum I haven’t ordered from any of the approved sponsors on here yet, but I will be soon. Absolutely will update my macros and diet. Weekends are very busy for me as I’m a single father of 2, I have a lot more help during the week. Will add in my daily calories fresh starting tomorrow! 💪 I can post my gearbox up real quick, this is what I’m using now.
 
How do you like the Masteron? Can you feel the good aggression in the gym and bed from it compared to without it?
I get a strong sense of well being from it, definitely more aggression in the gym, and slightly more vascular. I keep it in year round. It’s always tempting to go higher with it, but 100 is just fine in a cruise. Libido is always insane I can go 5 times a day, granted I don’t get it that much 😂

During a blast I’ll push it up to 500-600, very noticeable aggression and strength increases. Slow lean tissue gain, my opinion it just keeps me looking sharp, but it will put on some lean tissue. Not nearly as much as bulking compounds. I don’t have much AAS experience, I’ve only used test/mast and a handful of orals/sarms.

I would love to try 500mg someday when I decide to take the plunge on stage, but that won’t be happening for at least another 24 months at earliest. I love the way I feel on mast and NPP. Horny as hell all day long. It also pushes me in the gym to go above and beyond. The mast def keeps me dry that’s for sure. I like it as I can do a lean bulk with test and nandrolone well knowing I will keep every single pound of muscle gain after the cycle is finished. I think Mast and NPP is my favorite combo so far.

I’ve only ran 2 cycles and I’m a little nervous to try any 19-nor. How much NPP do you run? I’d love to throw it into my next blast, I’m just very nervous about bp and mental sides. Seeing as you have experience with it, how does it affect you? From what I’ve read and seen it seems to put on a lot of tissue.
 
This is my cycle for the next 12-16 weeks.
300 Mast Enanthate
300 Test Enanthate
300 NPP
3IU HGH 5/2 before workout.
40mcg IGF-1 LR3 after lifting workout only.
50mg proviron
10mg Cialis before lifting workouts only

The IGF will be used 4 weeks on 2 weeks off.

The NPP is amazing stuff bro. My shoulder feels great. Without it it is so irritating.
