I unfortunately was caught up in the seizures aswell. And the issue was rectified with a full refund from @Hybrid Labs Rep @HybridLabs for my particular order..

Have never heard of a vendor doing this,
Everyone will get there product - give these guys some time

No complaints, just haven’t had the re-ship yet. Believe they’re remaking some chikin feed which would take some time. Been a few weeks, hoping it resolves soon. Keep at it lads.

I’m on the same boat, I’ve got faith in my reship coming. Everyone needs to chill haha. I knew it wasn’t going to be quick and got back up gear. I saw chikin feed was being made, which is part of my order, so out of common sense you wouldn’t ship half an order then the other half.

As someone who knows the ins and outs of hybrid but no longer involved, let me paraphrase so you can save time for reading logs rather than finding out what’s going on by reading back a few pages

Hybrid sells 2 brands. Always has.
Brand 1- has experienced mass seizures. Reships are going out daily, but slowly. Last thing they need is dropping mass parcels again and experiencing a repeat of the current issue, or worse still the shipper gets locked up and everyone misses out.
There are NO PRIORITIES. Every customer is as important as the previous and the next. Yes it sucks for people waiting but I can tell you now it sucks even more for hybrid

Brand 2 is completely seperate and in full operation. But not hybrids in-house brand. Less profitable, but guess where 90% of the profits are going… to fund reships for lab 1.

So the reason guys are getting pissed off and losing their shit with the mods currently is because:

- you are placing the longest running and arguably most trusted lab on probation for not enough loggers, when sending product to loggers would be further delaying reships. When you want this sorted ASAP it’s catch 22 right?

- instead of messaging hybrid directly asking what has happened, and how you can help support him through this, you are publically threatening to suspend him as a vendor if people complain. That’s honestly belittling and degrading to someone trying to do the right thing.

So here’s a logical and reasonable idea. instead of threats and demands, how about you offer some support and maybe pin a thread explaining the current situation, or maybe cut a bit of slack on the probation bullshit.
You can’t shit all over a vendors respect and then expect that they would want to help support you guys with loggers and contributions

hypothetically the guy running brand 1 would have said that brand 2 was a big Inspiration for brand 1 in terms of transparency, quality measures, and even the trademark purple colour clear stickers emulated from their prior workings. Brand 1 learned a lot from talking to brand 2, from recipes to opsec

One of the only reasons I even offer and resell brand 2. We fully trust them and have learnt a lot from them. Have known them a long time.

There isn't a ton of guys you can trust in this game. The only second brands I have ever sold are ones I fully stand behind 100%

Yeah bro he has gone above and beyond to get them to there destinations,also wrapped in foil,laced brown paper and a box if mine has come safely from one end of Oz to the other...everyone will recieve theirs without a doubt

I ordered recently from hybrid basically 4 days ago and got in within the week pretty impressive I understand the seizures and still waiting for Mine. I did read its taking longer for the chicken feed to be reshipped. I don't mind waiting patiently hybrid is legit.

Sometimes getting the raws for the chikin feed is difficult. Along with having a capper skilled enough to get the doses on point.
