Hydration strips

Does anyone know a reputable brand that sells hydration strips ? I am curious to know if I am hydrated leading up to my training sessions as I have found recently that my body has been cramping up much more... Maybe the summer heat but I just wanted to see if I am hydrated. Where do you guys get your strips from ??

Never used them. I just drink fluids during training.

Never used them before just make sure you are well hydrated.

Best way is just monitor your water intake. Then increase if necessary.

you will be most dehydrated in the morning so make sure you hydrate then right away. coffee is a diuretic so will dehydrate you more. if you must have it you better drink a lot of water
