This post is for the people who might be newer into fitness or into bodybuilding who joined our community, I offen see guys post a first post trying to ask for help with a first cycle at 20-25 years of age.

I think ped usage is so widespread in today's social media landscape that everyone thinks they can't accomplish anything without the use of peds.

I eventually hopped on sarms in my very late 20s almost 30 years of age, and I didn't get on gear and run cycles untill I was in my early-mid 30s.

I am going to show my natural progression from the point I started working out right up to the end before I used sarms so I can hopefully change some minds of people who want to jump on peds or sarms to early in life and make a big mistake.

( I apologize in advance some of the pictures aren't the best quality camera technology at the time on phones and being older photos)

If you structure your diet right, put together a constant program with progressive overload and nail all aspects, food intake, water intake, proper sleep and cardio, over time you will slowly transform, fast progression isn't always good progression you don't learn the value of hard work, commitment or dedication by not earning it.

I worked my tail off for years and years as a natty before making the decision to compete and get on peds, I learned as much information and knowledge as I could about as many peds and cycles as possible while natty so I understood how they work what they do risks etc, I advise new people who think one day they will use to do the same as I did.

I started my jounery at 240lbs 5'11 the picture of me in the black t-shirt and blue shorts was my first day into the gym, I went from 240lbs down to 175lbs and at the end lean bulk and recomped my way into 215lbs at my heaviest weight, none of this was easy long nights all worth it.

Everyone is different as far as muscle insertions how u hold muscle how much u put on all varies to a certain degree, if you stick with it results will come, I hope I proved that and someone gets something of value from post.

Hopefully with this post I can inspire some new lifers or people new in the community, hold off a while longer and understand you can do great things outside of peds.

thanks for viewing and reading!

Nice bro!
Thanks brother, I just felt inspired to share my early beginnings and jounery that spanned 10 years roughly before I touched anything sarm or ped related, I hope maybe I can inspire people and show them lifting and the jounery can be worth the time and effort while being natty, hopefully people can see what I did and choose to hold off build a strong proper base get into the best shape they possibly can then at the appropriate age they begin experimenting with peds/sarms for take it into the next level after genetics is fully maxed out like what I did.

Totally agree with you, building your foundation first is imperative before touching any peds.

Absolutely and that was one of the major points I was trying to drive home for newer guys with my post.

It all boils down to kids these days don’t wanna put in the time and work. They think they take gear and just grow. Some of the newbies that come on here blow my mind when I read what they are asking. Pretty sad.

It's wild I know it's been a long time since I started my jounery and and where I ak starting all over again from square one, back then growing up how we did, you just never thought about touching them, u new they existed but you took pride in trying to achieve something without help to see what was possible. I think alot of it is the major access to everyone all the time online, you never would see what u do now, it was promoted or glorified, of course it existed on TV and in sports and the magazines but even back then u just thought that person was a genetic freak growing up, u didn't automatically go yup peds.

I spent 13 years training before I ever touched gear. I’m a big believer in waiting as long as possible

So am I, don't get me wrong i really enjoy cycling and my limited experience with it so far, I think I appreciate and enjoy it alot more because I worked so far naturally and waited so long, plus as you get older u appreciate things alot more and have a better understanding.

Now kids have 0 patience. They want it now.
They will learn when they fuck themselves up because they know better.

I honestly would like to see much less of people screwing themselves up at a young age and learning the values of patience and hard work, one thing missing from the younger guys that Is apparent is the instant gratification and now, now, now aspect, you lose the raw feeling and passion of working months just to get 5-10lbs on a lift or hit a new pr, u lose all those moments.

I would love to see it too but these days it’s rare.

depends on the person. most younger people are actually way more patient in America today.
but the issue is steroids are so easy to get that any 18 year old can order them online. when i was 18 i wouldn't have dreamed of ever getting my hands on steroids. it just wasn't plausible. ease of access makes a difference.

education goes a long way. lecturing and preaching doesn't work, but educating will. the younger guys i talk to it takes me about 2 minutes to convince them not to touch steroids by just telling them the facts of what steroids do to the HPTA. that is all it takes.

its also up to the parents to educate by not speaking but by doing. and in America the average 60 year old is on 6 rx drugs at a time. that doesn't set much of an example

also parents who do drugs, have kids who do drugs. parents who smoke weed have kids who smoked weed. parents who go out and drink booze have kids that drink booze. parents must set examples otherwise kids will seek guidance from other people like these assholes on social media like tony huge or whoever and want to mimic them

I more or less try to do the same thing explain the dangerous in a simple to understand manner and try to educate politely on why it's not worth it at that age.

Back when I was 18 u could get pro hormones over the counter locally if u wanted and online but we had no clue what a PH was, we also figured most sites selling things was a scam and no way could I just jump online and this be legitimate, we always thought it was the cops or a scammed running the site they all looked so sketch lol.

thats what our podcast is all about. we don't PREACH, we educate.

it has a much higher success rate. and parents need to show guidance. a teenager from a broken home where the dad beats the mom will end up going down the same route. the cycle usually repeats itself

That is why I love the podcast I just played the para pharma episode from July 11th I believe excellent episode as always, I try to play atleast one day during my drive into work. I appreciate the kind words when u and mobster mentioned me because the episode was on primo and you guys brought up people who log, very kind of you, just wanted to say thank you for that.

That is true i feel we have a responsibility to try and help break the cycle and keep people making good decisions when they are in our community or around us in person.
I think a round table with you vison and mobster talking about this topic might be a good one if you can fit it in at some point.

@Noah Wixx DAMN! you made some amazing changes over the years, you're bigger and leaner now and before you looked real bad not you look unreal bro :)
we gotta call you the TRUTH as your nick for bodybuilding

hell yeah you are were a big hit and you proved how good primo can be if you do it the right way and use high quality
I will glady come on any time you and mobster feel I fit into an episode, I loved both times I was on and getting to do a podcast with two people I highly respect and learned from for years with the hardcore podcast, each experience was amazing for me, really help boost my confidence. I am actually more proud of the fact it was a hit because I hope it helped draw more viewership for the podcast overall and spread the word how great and knowledgeable you and mobster really are, you two run an excellent show and have for a long time now.
