Stats: 31yrs old 5’8” 239lbs about 20-22% bf and i’ve been on TRT for 5 years

I’ve been working out for about 8 years but this last year i was off from the gym (family things & injuries) gained about 65lbs. I’ve been back in the gym for 2.5 months now started at 265lb now at 239lbs. I have a life goal and opportunity i can’t pass up, I have a boxing fight mid december.

I’ve been doing good in the gym losing weight diet in point and hitting the workouts with high intensity but i’ve hit a plateau been at 239-240lbs for about 2.5 weeks now. I have to get my weight down to at least 200lbs by mid december the fight is at 190lbs. i’m worried i won’t get the weight down in time and then my fight will be canceled and this is a life changing opportunity.

I’m pretty desperate to get my weight down and i don’t want to be completely dumb about this but what Sarms or Steroids would be best to just give me that extra sauce to help me burn this weight quick? btw there is no drug test for this one luckily lol

I’m going to do whatever it takes I have to make weight for this fight! Just give me some advice thank you

I think your biggest prob here is you are gonna lose muscle tissue as well. You may lose the weight but will you be in any condition to fight? This is too much weight to lose in that amount of time. I lost a little over 40lbs in 4 months leading into a BB show and at the end I was extremely fatigued and def lost muscle despite being on a fair amount of gear. Could barley function.
Steroids and SARMS do not magically make you lose fat. You still need to be smart about your diet and training. Too much Too fast is gonna be very detrimental here.
What is your plan for diet and training leading up to the fight?

do EOD fasting. if you do prolong fasting you will lose strength too rapidly

fasting won't cause you to lose muscle tissue but it will cause you to lose strength

it can def be done.. 40 days is plenty of time because of your body fat.. at your height even 200 pounds is a lot, it isn't like you are going from 180 to 140. 240 to 200 is easily doable

get a log up and set a goal and do it

Gw and fasting would be my answer, cutting that much weigh is close to impossible, you will tax the body so hard trying to cut that much weight that fast.
Yeah ik it’s going to be rough either way but ik some steroids aid & quicken muscle recovery too. But i will try those for sure, what doseage you recommend for the GW?

Yeah ik it’s going to be hard on my body no doubt and it’s not the safest or best for my body i understand that. I also understand steroids don’t make you lose fat but that do help with quicker recovery which would allow me to train more. I cut my calories to 1500 and i’m hitting Strength and Conditioning 5x a week with skill work and a lot of cardio 6x a week

Ok thank you i’ll implement the fasting, but why EOD and not ED?

Watch this man. Don't drop too fast or you'll have nowhere to go. 1500 cals is really low for what you are doing. I would think maint for a guy your size would be 3000cals or more. Drop slowly but I think your gonna have to do most of the drop on the carbs. What do your current macros look like? Hate to keep saying this but i think you are gonna be in pretty rough shape come fight time. Post your current diet and training.
We need to see when/what you are eating and when/how you are training.
My gut tells me super low carbs only around training and no carbs on rest days. You will almost need to be ready early and then refeed to get strength back up. Def gonna be a challenge.

Fasting is a great tool but i'm not sure how beneficial it would be here unless you fast only on rest days.

Looks like you were eating around 2000 before the drop?
You need to get the fire lit.
(800cals)200g protien
(400cals)100g carbs only around training 50 before/50 after No carbs on rest days
(270cals) 30g fat
You need to eat simple stuff. Meat and rice or meat and potato. Use macadamia nut oil for your fat. Add shredded lettuce or cabbage for volume.
This is really low cals for being this far out.
I think any lower on the carbs and your training is gonna suffer. I've been there. Lost a bunch of muscle right near the end. I just needed to stand on the stage and pose. Your gonna need to be in top form and crush it. crush it!!

You aren't being tested ahead of the fight correct ? I wouldn't want to see u get busted on a test, it can be done but it is tricky using peds when fighting if it is a tested division.
