If it's under the skin injected, how often should testosterone enanthate be injected?

There is probably some very marginal benefit to more frequent injections no matter the ester half life. Side effects do tend to correspond to highest blood levels rather than average, and half lives only do so much to produce smoothing. Is it worth it? Personal decision.
People can inject less or more frequently as they want to. But show me the performance benefit to 'smoothing'.

Okay. So, in this case, if I want 100 mg a week, how often and at what doses should I inject?
100mg/wk may be less than you are producing naturally/ I would do 200/wk.
Prop is gonna be 100mg/ml so you would need to pin 2ml/wl. I would do 30mgED. This would be 210mg/wk
That would be the 3 on the syringe if you are using 1ml syringes.

Performance benefit is likely zero. Since E2 and RBC tend to be sensitive to max rather than average values, having a lower max could make managing those two variables easier. Does it matter in reality? Almost certainly not.

I should also qualify this by saying that I generally think worries about high E2 and high HCT/RBC are mistaken, as do many of the more progressive TRT doctors and researchers, so there is even less of an argument for smoothing.

My natural testosterone level is 500 to 600 ng/dL. The male body, as far as I know, produces 3 to 7 mg T a week. But I don't know how many nanograms does a single milliliter of T corresponds to, meaning I can't calculate anything.

I'm basically planning to start with 100 mg, then have blood tests to see what the levels are, and increase the dose if they are under 1,000 ng/dL.

I plan to go to 2,000 ng/dL, but I want to make it slowly in order for aromatization and gyno to not catch me unprepared. I will be doing blood tests each time before I increase the dose.

What has this to do with performance enhancement? Isn't performance enhancing related to the ng/dL level of T, not to how many fluctuations there are?

As a rule of thumb you will increase 5-7 times what you inject. So if you inject 100mg/wk your average levels would be between 500-700ng/dl.
So if you are at 600 already you will shut down and only gain +/- 100ng/dl/wk. See why i'm saying this may not be enough?? Going from 600 to 700 ng/dl/wk may be good for low test symptom relief fot TRT but for performance you are wasting your time.
I would at minimum start with 150/wk prop. Then you could reasonably expect 750-1050ng/dl average a week.
180mg/wk of test E puts me around 950ng/dl

Okay, thanks for these estimations.

Argue for smoothing.
