Laying on floor BB press

140 for 5 reps

Yesterday’s leg day was brutal as fuck, pushed some good weight and really showed myself what I’m capable of. The leg extension machine snapped a bolt so I couldn’t go real heavy on it without it getting kind of sketchy so stuck to 75kgs for as many reps as possible for 3 sets.

Check ins this morning lads will post them once they’re up 💪

Incorporated 3ius of @HybridLabs growth hormone and it seems to be adding a little pepper to my physique already 😉
Absolutely loving their oils smooth as butter and bang on for potency highly recommend 💪
