This mornings back day after my first exercise I realised my coach only wanted me to do a top set and a back off no 3rd set this week so I continued with my workout as per the plan from exercise 2 onwards.

only slept 4 hours last night but felt pretty damn good regardless, tried axe and sledge hydraulic V2 this morning mixed with ignition switch definitely rate those two products highly!

Also took 20mgs Tbol and 20mgs anavar pre workout because why the fuck not 😂

I'm seeing more and more 1 arm pulldowns. If done on a cable machine and light (your 74kg differs in that regard) they kinda silly
 
nice job, i like to take orals pre workout too for an added boost

The pump is what I chase all the time, a reason why I love high volume, the pump is so addictive when the veins pop and u feel so on point, it's like a gym high I chase

especially getting done with a nasty set where you finish and then you feel your muscle start to slowly swell up and fill with blood that shit is the feeling I case 👌
