This mornings leg day lads and fuck me it was probably one of the best leg days yet, everything was flowing, weight was moving, peak contractions, mind muscle connection on point and strength was unrelenting 💪

Sorry I didn’t post over the weekend the mrs flew interstate and I had to mind my daughter all weekend so my hands were tied and couldn’t quite give my attention to the forum but we’re back and ready for another intense week of hard fucking work I hope everyone has a blast this week! Banded to add on or take off?
Just one green band to help eliminate the stagnant part of the hack squat so to answer your question to take off. doesn’t really do fuck all when you’re pushing that amount of weight but enough to not have you stuck in the hole if you know what I mean

I don't even know how many reps I do on those calf raises I like to just do it until they give out LOL
