This mornings leg day lads and fuck me it was probably one of the best leg days yet, everything was flowing, weight was moving, peak contractions, mind muscle connection on point and strength was unrelenting 💪

Sorry I didn’t post over the weekend the mrs flew interstate and I had to mind my daughter all weekend so my hands were tied and couldn’t quite give my attention to the forum but we’re back and ready for another intense week of hard fucking work I hope everyone has a blast this week! This mornings chest and arms workout, felt just a little weak on my chest exercises but the pump and muscle fibre stretch was insane and we still trained to failure so I’m not phased!

Also on a side not holy fuck @HybridLabs absolutely loving your products brother I feel amazing 💪
