What’s up guys.

It’s been quite some time since I’ve posted on forums. Came here from EF, same username. Left bodybuilding and pretty much all fitness in 2015 after my kid was born. Fell into the lifestyle of nonstop work, potstickers, alcohol and being a parent.

Got back into the gym about a year ago and am starting to cycle again. This year I ran the following as doctor prescribed

test cyp 400mg/wk
armour thyroid 30mg/ed
Glutathione 800mg/wk
HCG 50iu/wk

plan on running test/deca/dbol from naps if it ever gets here. Ordered 2 weeks ago and it shows shipping out of Texas but no movement since tracking was created.

32, 230lb up from 220, bf no clue. Maybe 15-20. Blood ran 6ish months ago.

This will be my first deca run. All prior cycles have been test/dbol or test/tren. Will keep cycle updates as well as naps.

Not sure what you all want or care to know about so I'm just gonna post everything going on.

I will be running the following mix of UGL and prescribed gear from my doc.

1-10: Test E 500mg/wk
1-10: Deca 300mg/wk
1-6: Dbol: 20mg/ed (might go to 40, prob not. really fucks with my scalp. We'll see)
1-10: Adex .5mg/ed. Cber 1mg/wk

1-10+ Glutathione 800mg/wk
1-10+ T3/T4 30mg/ed
1-10+ CJC+ipamorlin 500mcg/ed

Clomid 25mg
Nolvadex 20mg
HCG 12000iu

Also have some Cialis trochees and PT-141 in case there's any sexual issues.

As of today, I'm weighing in at 232lbs. My coach is an IFBB pro and I will be working with him 4 days a week doing a power building program.

Diet is pretty plain and doesn't change much outside of quantity.

Breakfast: 6 eggs and 1c plain oatmeal
Meal 1-6: 6oz ground turkey or chicken and 6oz sweet potato or rice
Snack: 32g natural PB, carnivore beef protein and a plain rice cake repeat if hungry before bed.

For workouts, he has me on the following
Day 1: Legs
Day 2: Chest, biceps and shoulders
Day 3: Back and triceps
Day 4: Accessory work

My chest game has always been my weak point, but my big 3 1RM are
Bench: 315
deadlift: 435
Squat: 405

All I can think of for now. Please let me know what you want to know and how often. Hang in there, I'll figure this out again. lol also, I suck at taking photos but will try and get some posted.

and smart you got an IFbb pro coach, get you in gears here

why only 4 days training? you need at least 5 days imo

and your die tis god but lacks high quality fats, add walnuts and flaxseed oil

Thank you! Can't wait for everything to get here! Last update, it had arrived at USPS main yard in Queens.

Diet is good. Easy to follow but fuck, I struggle being able to get it all down. Ate so much chicken and rice that I was getting nauseous just chewing it.

To everyone that I'm missing on replies, I apologize. I tried to jump on from my phone but its a pain in the ass. So I have to wait till I get home and can jump on the computer.

Hit some legs today. Feeling really strong, chomping at the bit waiting for this shit to get here! Not sure why, but it went from TX to NY to PA over the last 15 days. Hopefully it doesn't take another 15 to make it to CA.

Diets still going smoothly. Stepped on the scale today at 228.

I switched out the chicken for ground turkey and it's saved me big time.
Hidden valley came out with cool ranch Dorito sauce and its amazing with the turkey and taco seasoning.

Your doctor prescribed 400 mgs of test a week? What kind of doctor was THAT? And Glutathione doesn't have to be prescribed.

And I'll be honest here. You look fine for someone you hits the gym 2-3 times a week. Nothing serious. You could afford to lose a few pounds. Maybe add some supps.

The fact that you're on 400 mgs of test a week, plus HCG and looking to do D-bol and Deca (both of which will add more weight) seems like you're on the wrong game plan. You hardly look like you've entered a serious training routine no less preparing to do a heavy cycle. That's my opinion. I'm sure there are guys here who will say I'm being negative and they'll tell you to fill the syringe to the top and fire away but to me, if you're serious about building muscle you need to get your training in order. Build some more natural muscle. FInd what supps work for you. Up the cardio and lose some fat. THEN, think about doing a cycle.

Definitely not a commercial gym. I'll leave the name out, but we're the only USPA certified gym in CA so it's not hard to find. lol Got to meet Rich Piana back in 2014 here.

Doc has it at 200/wk for TRT. I added the other 200. Glutathione was prescribed and while RX is not required, it was the same price as peptide companies and I know 100% it's real. So it wasn't a big deal for me. I get what you're saying, I do. but, I'm heavily monitored by my doc as well as my coach on this one.

I have everything figured out design wise, just need to find an artist I trust enough to do it. So many shops turning out bullshit work. I don't wanna end up on an episode of Hack Hunters. lol

Boring as shit. ground turkey, chicken breasts, sweet potato's, fish, eggs and oatmeal. Protein shake, natural PB and almonds for snack/fat. Finding new ways to cook and season everything so I can change things up a bit.

Had a bunch of BS to take care of so I took yesterday as a rest day.

Picked up my PT-141 prescription and decided to give it a go.

0.2ml an hour before and 0.2ml 30 min later. PIP was instant and skin started flushing pretty fast. Nausea was pretty insane and I almost puked multiple times. Aside from that, it was one hell of a night and we went until my damn heart about gave out.

According to the pamphlet, its supposed to wear off in 2 hours. I woke up every 45 min or so with a raging wood. Sounds fun but it was extremely uncomfortable and by the end, I couldn't even finish. There was nothing left to give lol

Woke up this morning feeling like absolute shit. Not too sure if I will use it again any time soon.

Yep, Brem is an amazing drug,. Spontaneous wood like you're 16 years old. But the sides are NASTY. So...not worth it.
 
Alright, nothing too new. cycled back around to chest, shoulders and bicep. Trying a new rotation of groups to fit everything in twice a week.

All gear has arrived. I'm going to do a slight deviation though. My girl and I had a conversation and she wants to go for child number 2. I went to the doc and had a second run of bloods done and my FSH came back at 0.7. So pretty much non existent. I'm going to run HCG/Clom/nolva and see where I'm sitting in 30ish days. If that doesn't get it back up, I'm gonna throw in HMG. So this thread is taking a slight curve but will be back on track shortly. Everything is staying the same, just delaying the full cycle a few weeks.
