In the beginning, I would be so sore that I would have to fight to stand up. Now, I don't get sore from it at all. Just really fatigued. I have a goal for how I want to look and my mindset is "Whatever it takes". So my coach pushes me hard especially with the weight jumps, pause reps and negatives.

Hitting legs today. I'll post up again tonight once i'm home.

I do squat variations every other week I think. Hatfield, pin, SSB and chains. I haven't deadlifted in around a month. It used to be a huge part of my normal program, but since I've come back, it's taken a back seat. I like the bodybuilder look but I would like to compete powerlifting some day, so I have the best of both worlds going on in my program with powerbuilding. Not much changes in my program other than weight and reps.

I rotate 3 leg workouts. One is Hatfields and Leg Presses, No2 Lever Squat and Iso Leg press and the 3rd is Power Squat Machine and Leg Presses

Alright, sorry for the delay. It's been a wild week.

Diet is still pretty plain:

meal 1: 6 eggs, 3/4c oatmeal, black coffee
meal 2-6: 6oz ground turkey, 6oz sweet potato, 10 almonds
snack: 1 scoop carnivore beef protein, 32g natural peanut butter, 2 plain rice cakes

When I get tired of turkey, I swap in chicken or fish. I normally do 1-2 weeks of each.

I tried to do some pics of my legs for you guys but it was kinda hard. trying to get the right angle, lighting and flex was a bitch. I swear they're bigger in person lmao

Feeling really good on CJC/Ipamorelin blend. Sleep has drastically improved and appetite is insane with how much it's increased my metabolism! Stepped on the scale this morning and I'm sitting at 223. Right now, my diet is lots of sweet potatoes, rice and grilled chicken. Been really digging buffalo thighs too. I'm hoping to start up everything in a few weeks. Just waiting on a positive pregnancy test. It's killing me holding off.

Today was chest and triceps. Decided to go for a PR on dumbbell press. Warmed up with 100x10 took a 5 min breather and hit 120x9. On 10 I got 1/4 of the way up and hit the dead zone. Pressed with all I had and the only direction it went was back down lol. Regardless, I’m happy with a 10lb jump.
 
Alight, the time is almost here. My girls ovulating this week so we're hoping this is it! Just a quick run down on everything that I will be running;

1-12 Anastrozole 0.5/day

CJC/Ipamorelin 300mcg/day
L-Arginine IM 200mg/day
MIC B12 2ml/wk
Glutathione 800mg/wk

I have caber on hand just in case but I already had my glands removed so I doubt I'll be needing it. I got sponsored by Blackstone labs and they sent me about $500 worth of supps that I'll be running along side the gear. Nothing special, just protein, multi vitamins, insulin mimetics, BCAA, glutamine, non stim and stim pre-workout, gear support, fish oil and creatine.

My coach is starting his prep for his last show before retiring so I'm gonna try to keep up with him while training. Super excited about this. More updates to come!
