Incorporating a cycle while on TRT

Hi all. First post/thread or whatever that I've ever done on a forum......ever. Wouldn't have a clue what I'm doing really so sincerest apologies in advance if I've completely f***** it all up.
Prescribed, I'm on TRT 250mg/1ml T.Enanthate every 10 days. However I take 250mg/1ml T.Enanthate every 7 days. Is only 3 days inbetween pins but it makes me feel a million times better. I'm also prescribed 0.5 Arimidex every 3 days.
I want to do my first cycle, and trying to keep it basic. Planning on a 12 week muscle gain cycle so I'm planning on increasing and doing;
- 500mg T.Enanthate weekly (which will include my TRT pin)
- 20mg Dianabol daily for first half of cycle, decreased to 10mg daily for second half.
- 1mg Arimidex every 2-3 days.
**(if you have any suggestions please fire away)

My question is, as far as doing a PCT while still needing to pin the 250mg T.Enanthate TRT, what then would that PCT look like in your opinion?
OR
Ideally, I would rather (if possible) to just continue (forever basically) the 500mg T.Enanthate and just cycle the Dianabol or Deca or make other inclusions??

@crow4eva thats a good idea to blast test with some dbol but why not tbol?
and 1mg arimidex is too much even with dbol 0.5mgs ed is a better choice
and you dont need pct but straight trt OR do you?

the problem here is that we really know nothing about you bro, like Nothing, what we need is for you to help us, please post a NEW thread with your LOG journal diary, that has your training, diet, food, pics, trt gear, supplements, sleep and more so we will guide you from it.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I certainly would not start off with that much arimidex.. .5 mg every other day is a good starting point and then assess from there.. i have several podcasts discussing the misuse and of AI's with TRT and how doctors prescribe it when its not necessary... over using an AI is not a good thing.. im all about controlling estrogen but there is a fine line on misuse as well...

you do not need pct on trt... once your blast is over, you drop back down to your trt dose..

250 is quite high for a prescribed dose.. is this a regular doctor prescribing this and are they monitoring you?

No the prescribed TRT is a specialist, but I was seriously low and have Hypogonadism (obviously). He started on a very different dose, like 250mg over 20 days or whatever (I can’t remember exactly) but he then dialed it in to find the ‘sweet spot’ at 250mg every 10 days, but I pin 250 every 7days because for whatever reason I feel like 500% better at that, even though it’s only 3 days difference.
It’s a long story, I’ll explain more in my log, but basically had massive flare ups with bowel disease, hospitalised for 6 months, too many years on corticosteroids, even 1.5 years on between 100-150mg prednisolone corticosteroids over the period in hospital.
Screwed my body up, now have Hypogonadism, arthritis, brittle bones, the list goes on lol, and I’m only 42 yrs old! but yeh, apparently that’s why I’m prescribed a bit of a higher dose or whatever, my body is frigged.
Which is why I’m here really, Doctors will prescribe me everything they think I need which just seems to destroy me a bit in some way, so I said to myself “stuff if, I’ll take my health and what I wanna achieve into my own hands a bit and do some cycles that restore a little bit of what I believe has been taken away from me over the years….I hope that makes sense ! Lol

it boils down to bloodwork to determine the right dose

you don't want to use too much adex either
 
you can switch out dbol for anavar or winstrol and not need so much adex
i don't like dbol, bloats too much but im' a pro
 
a log will be crucial
Looking forward to reading it when you start it
 
pictures are going to be crucial to get a sense of your body structure that matters
also all we know right now is a steroids you want to use we don't know anything about your prior history or what supplements are using

very important that you're using steroids that fit your goals
that stack that you have is going to create a lot of water retention if that's what you're looking for
 
you won't go wrong with a log journal
this way we can track your diet and training that's going to be the first and second most important thing
 
get your log up ASAP so we can guide you
not trying to brag but we have hundreds of years of experience helping guys between us

Definitely log it up and I like how detailed you are in asking questions we definitely can help along the way. If it was me and you are able to inject at home I would split the trt dose into 2 injections a week.

I do Monday/Thursday myself you get less of a Rollercoaster effect and less dip in hormones making it easier for the body to balance out and achieving baseline with more frequent injections, you feel better that way in my experience.

in very severe cases of hyponadism, where people have trouble with metabolizing test, then i can see a higher dose recommended.. understand that test levels too high on a consistent basis is also detrimental to long term health.. a very healthy range for most is 650-750 range... the issue is many doctors are rather clueless in terms of GP's and often times (NOT ALWAYS) many anti aging clinics just want your money but that is hit and miss... so just always pay very close attention to blood markers and if something doesnt sound right, chances are it is not!
