I see so many supplements that supposedly increase T levels by 100-200% and supposedly some celebrities swear by those supplements. There's no way that those things actually work, is there? I only saw one study that showed Vitamin D, Zinc, and Magnesium improved T levels, but only in men with deficient levels of those vitamins and minerals.
Are they a waste of money and how much of it will I need to get 500mg a week?
