I see so many supplements that supposedly increase T levels by 100-200% and supposedly some celebrities swear by those supplements. There's no way that those things actually work, is there? I only saw one study that showed Vitamin D, Zinc, and Magnesium improved T levels, but only in men with deficient levels of those vitamins and minerals.

Are they a waste of money and how much of it will I need to get 500mg a week?

you cant compare test boosters to taking testosterone itself, thats just ridiculous... are there test boosters that work? yes, but you have to understand what you are actually getting from them and if you have expectations that they will double your levels that you just dont live on the planet earth... the good quality boosters can definitely help but you have to be realistic as to what extent

500mg of what?
 
you will have a hard time producing testosterone in the first place if you are deficient in minerals. this is why so many guys have low T at an early age. is it entirely their fault? no, maybe halfway. our food is deficient in minerals and so are our water, has to do with pollution, environmental damage, and soil depletion

that is why the best T boosters contain those minerals, just look what is in N2generate. it works

You can take every good test booster on the planet and you will never get your test levels to the level of a 500mg per week test equivalent. That's absurd and ridiculous to think so. Test boosters might raise you a couple hundred points. Get you to the top of normal range. Theres only so much stimulation you can give your nuts to produce natural test.

Personally I would say why do you want to get a test booster? If you're planning on getting bigger just pin yourself
