Could be the quality of the gear, maybe harsh with a lot of solvents? What lab is it?

The next one is infection, which majority of the time it is not. It may look that way are first with the tell tale signs of swollen hot and red but that’s also pretty common with a bad PIP reaction.

So if you know your gear is clean and you know your injection procedure is clean then give it a little while and see if it goes down. If it’s a bacterial infection it will continuously get worse.

Keep an eye out for fever and stuff like that too just in case.

For me I cannot use Geneza products, some love them but something in even their test cyp does that too me, it’ll look infected but goes away on its own.

Try taking a Benadryl and a Motrin, see it that helps the reaction.

I copy what Grunt said, minus the geneza refrence. My body doesnt agree with mct oil. But i just hit my quad for the 1st time other day and had the same reaction ur explaining and now 4 days later and its 85% or better. Just follow Grunts advise and if ur like me, you'll see much improvement within a few days.

I had to try a half dozen brands of test before I found one that is pretty much painless. PSL test enth is painless for me.

Everyone’s body is different. I’ve never had any PIP with other injectables: deca, tren e, eq....all painless.

But test...damn some of those really hurt me!

It's normal to get PIP with a virgin muscle.

Have a hot epsom salt bath. It'll help relax the aggravated muscle tissue

Even with non-virgin muscles, PIP happens. Many variables as to the cause.

Needle length, location. Gauge of needle, sharpness of needle, angle of insertion, extraction of needle (was it straight out)

Could be anything bro.. maybe wrong injecting techniques, injection spot, needle straight in and out.. injected at exactly same spot, injection spot not cleaned etc..
if it is happening again and again then your gear is shit.. too much bad mixing.
