Injuries from weight training

I've been getting injured over and over again lately. I'm 35 years old. Things taking a lot longer to heal up at my age then they did ten years ago
need some ideas for supplements I can start taking that will help heal up these injuries
 
it could be your training too

nothing wrong with taking a break from training to let your body heal. pro athletes have offseasons for a reason

You should try n2joint rx and ostarine or just ostarine mk2866 solo for joint recovery.

Stevesmi is correct. You want a fix but you need to stop the bad habits more.
 
increase fats in your diet
strech more and do yoga
add ostarine nutrobal fish oil

Consider taking MK2866-50mgs daily, plus n2joint rx
 
Make sure you are getting good quality sleep, training with good form, and taking enough time off to recover between sessions. You could look into taking a few things like ostarine, n2jointrx, and krill-ts.
