Injury Recovery Supplements

I am 8 weeks recovered from distal bicep tendon surgey after tearing it at the gym and have been natty to date. It was recommended that I look at Anavar/MK677/Ostarine/Deca (one or more) to help expediate recovery. Injury occurred at the peak of a mild bulk (3600 calories) and have been sitting at about 3200 calories during recovery as recommended by my surgeon for peak recovery (rather than a cut). 6 weeks of only training legs and in my second week of light upper body training. I am being told it may take another 2 to 4 months to recover to 100%. TB500/BPC157 have been considered but finding a reputable source in Australia is rough.

Height: 193cm
Weight: 125kg
BF: 25-30%
Calorie target: 2700 (mild cut)
Medium Term Target BF%: 15%

I am currently doing 5 day split:
3 upper day
2 legs day
Steady state cardio: 3 to 4 days per week 30 min to 1 hour per session fixed bike/walking

Recovery is primary goal, but want to drop the fluff too. Thoughts on any of the above or should I just be patient and let is come back naturally?
 
tb and bpc aren't gonna pull of miracles man. i've used them. expect some improvements but really the best way to heal up a body is to stay out of its way ironically. you need rest, fasting and to stretch
 
Right off the jump. its concerning that you were recommended steroids to use for recovery, especially deca... deca is a MASK.. a band aid to a wound which adds ZERO in terms of actual healing.. think of it as a cortisone shot, a temporary relief and when you mask an injury, once it wears off, you are ultimately worse off than you were before you started...

i can lay you out a tremendous healing stack that provides short and long term healing... REAL healing as opposed to a mirage...

This was not a medical person recommending, just people at the gym which I take with a grain of salt. Deca is not something I have done a lot of research on, however the sides are not ideal in the limit knowledge I have. I'm curious about LGD for healing and will need to look into that one.

lgd does not have the healing as much as the others listed and if there was one you could do without, that would be the one but it still has secondary healing to it which compliments the others well on top of the other strength and size benefits it provides but if you did want to leave one out, that would be the one
 
So, this is a major do as I say not as I do…

Let it heal. Healing takes time. There is some evidence that hgh can be helpful either through direct administration or through increasing endogenous production.

If your body fat is really 25-30% you can take the healing time do just cut your calories and put a lot of steps on. You have enough extra energy stored up that you aren’t going to lose much muscle while you heal. And if you get back to lifting a few percentage better in body fat, you’re going to be in a better position to improve from there.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use sarms or peptides, just not an expert there.
 
hgh is a good option for you. but not at a high dose. para pharma hgh is the real deal and its affordable, ugfreak.to

@nameinuse welcome to evolutionary.org family. While your idea of using steroids and sarms is a good one, going from natural to steroid use isn't the best idea. Especially your bodyfat is very high.

I think 2 sarms with joint support and fish oil will be a good start for you.
25mgs ostarine mk2866/day
20mgs nutrobal mk677/day
7caps n2guard/day (organ liver support)
5000mgs fish oil per day
collagen bone broth daily
glucosamine chondroitin msm supplements

But even with the above your recovery is in question. We need to start by seeing your LOG journal with your diet and training so we can guide you into recovery from your current situation.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

sarms will work, peptides will work but if you have inflammatory diet nothing will work so post up your log diet training
 
lets see diet training log so we can see how to help you recover
 
peptides bpc tb500 and some sarms but no steroids
