After which prohormone (designer aas epistane) is better for pct?

Does Clomid or Nolvadex increase endogenous testosterone better?
Everywhere I read, they write something different..

Clomid: 50/50/25/25 ?

Nolvadex: 20/20/20/20 ?

that is the dosing pattern...

meaning.. the first two weeks on clomid you take 50 mg per day and then the next two weeks, the dose drops to 25 mg

on that nolvadex layout, its just 20 mg per day the entire 4 weeks...

they both should be used in a complete pct... while epistane may be a prohormone, its still a steroid... in fact, many prohormones can be harsher than traditional steroids so i would recommend a full pct with it myself using both clomid and novla... you do whatever you like but that's what i would recommend...

but whats your cycle what you using?
your PCT depends on your cycle LOG so post one
