Update last few days... First time in front of a computer in a few days.

Fasted approx 15 hours
25 minutes treadmill

I drove to my parent's house for Mother's Day, had a slice of cheese pizza and about 100 g of french fries for lunch then a large iceberg lettuce salad, 200g of chicken breast with olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing for dinner.

Fasted 14 hours (for blood test)

Spent the day driving around - 4 hours (total) and crossing an international border later - got my bloods done less expensively compared to here. Thanks @stevesmi for the link to Privatemdlabs. It's a sad state of affairs where it costs less to take a day off work and drive across a border to get private tests done, compared to local private clinics. That being said stay tuned for blood work post in a few days.

Played basketball as a replacement player in an organized rec league for approx 30 minutes on court (and 30 minutes off) at night. I had not run back and forth in a gym against people in a long time!

Bought a box of protein bars and chomped on those while driving.

More later as this day progresses.

Long weekend here back to the salt mines this morning. I've attached my updated blood work results for your feedback. I've been slacking over the last few days due to some work travel but have been doing cardio at least 40 min a day (running, bicycle) in absence of a gym with weights. More structured logs incoming this week.

your cholesterol levels are a bit off and your total test is iffy. next time get your lh and fsh tested too
