Journal 52 male uk 250ml test now thinking dropping trt 125 ml then a small cycle is that a good idea ?

Maybe after the new year staying on 125 and getting bloods done near Xmas i feel really good sleeping good I noticed when I did 500 I was feeling tired a lot bloods showed colestrol bit high and bp was high why I stopped it and tbh I noticed nothing much from 250 tbh with the training and diet
You'd have also been training harder at 500mg. People forget that. It CAN be the toxic high doses, excess of food and training. It can also be weight/muscle gain causing sleep apnea

Yes my coach reckons do 250 trt dose with proviron is that safe ? I’m doing 125 mg
 
Yes I’ve a decent uk ugl pay bank transfer it’s here day or 2 after any probs he sorted it just sticking to test for now and getting bloods done next month see how I am my bp is fine 121 / 91 heart rate 61 I am on bp meds have been for a few years take fish oil and vit c and d3 also zma sleep is good even on this cut I’m ok strength wise

Well I don’t really want do a lot heavy squats and dead’s now knees hurt am I best machines and higher reps ? This coach has me doing squats 7 reps and dead’s 6 reps I’ve got rid of dead’s all together now has my lower back hurts for weeks after just advice really

Do you use any support gear? Like elbow or knee sleeves? Get regular (at least once a month) sports massage or osteopathic treatment. And also look at a solid joint product (at the very least Glucosomine at 1500mg a day) and fish oils (2000mg).

If you look at my log you'll see I do exactly that kind of volume. In fact, right now, often lower.

The age thing is kinda BS. My most recent training partner on bench day is 77. We train to stay young. Another gym buddy is also 77.

And the 'I don't wanna do heavy squats'.... c'mon. By all means alternate machines with free weights but do NOT drop stuff cos it's hard. And I DO use support gear. By way of example (again in my log) I literally just gave Cerebus Extreme (their stiffest) knee wraps a go yesterday and did 270kg squats (4 reps) and 750kg leg press (3 reps - bit too heavy). It is, of course, relative. Heavy for you vs heavy for me. Support gear is only worn on the heaviest sets.

In order to cause growth, add strength and or lose fat you gotta 'go hard'. Easy would be staying at home.

Yes it’s cos I’m a truck driver and sat all day isn’t good i am taking fish oils I’m gonna get some leg supports I do like the squat and dead’s squat is my fav of all exercises thanks for the tip also are trap bar dead’s ok ? I might move gyms they don’t have a trap bar I can’t even rack lift cos the rack is to high

What some do is put plates on the floor (or blocks if the gym has any) and lift from those. Ironically I own a trap bar in my home gym but never use it (I bought a load of kit during Covid). I've used a gym with a rack like that. They need holes for the pins all the damned way down.

For the knee supports buy some cheap ones for now (eBay). And if they help get proper ones (Strength Shop or Cerebus are good). The wraps I used yesterday are among the hardest/stiffest you can get and might be too much for you. I have others (Inzer and supps company Bulk wraps too)
