Had an awesome quad day today, feeling great strength definitely coming up.
My knee pain is finally gone and I'm able to actually push a bit without going too stupid.

A. reverse Abductor press 4x20 @ 45kg
B1. Leg Extension 3x15 @101kg
B2. Lying leg curl 3x12 @88kg
C. Leg press 3x15 @280,320,340kg
D. Smith machine split squat 3x20@40,60,80kg (10 each side)
V-squat close stance 2x10 @200,220kg
