Quad Day, killer workout

Had an awesome quad day today, feeling great strength definitely coming up.

My knee pain is finally gone and I'm able to actually push a bit without going too stupid.

A. reverse Abductor press 4x20 @ 45kg
B1. Leg Extension 3x15 @101kg
B2. Lying leg curl 3x12 @88kg
C. Leg press 3x15 @280,320,340kg
D. Smith machine split squat 3x20@40,60,80kg (10 each side)
V-squat close stance 2x10 @200,220kg
@willipede Tremendous job, man. I like the leg training. That's the way to do it.

@willipede Here. This is a heck of a workout man. I'm glad that your knee is feeling better. Don't overdo it though. Treat it Like it's a baby.

Push Up Wide 3 sets 45,20,15
Tricep Pushdowns 7 set 70kgx12

Feeling great, strength starting to come up again.

Just did first shot of reta @1mg.
First pin of Liquid Gold Hgh@ 4iu

Diet is strict, following my meal plan exactly.

Update. 1mg of @Liquid Gold Labs reta has me stripping off bodyfat already, skipping the next dose. Then will resume at 0.5mg e4d

Great workout, arms looking huge. I think alot to do with me getting a lot leaner. Strength is good bf% down

Just had to make a few adjustments as I can't supinate my wrists. But after that no forearm pain and heavy bicep curls

I mean yeah it's definitely made me full for much longer, feel satiated after every meal now but I am hitting my calories and weights still coming off quick.

We are increasing calories again and bringing the reta down to 0.5mg e4d
 
Update

Tonsillectomy and nose surgery in 2 days, health feeling good at the moment. Bp great, BF% down, Strength maintained.

Keen for an upcoming blast ~4 weeks


Shoulder workout.

Bodyweight down to 87kg fasted morning weight but strength is maintaining. Only lost a tiny bit of strength coming off my blast of test/primo/mast and adrol.

Feeling really good that the weights are moving well still. Maintaining strength on only 200mg of test cyp
