Starting to feel really good, seem to be recovering well after surgery. I am not back to my normal meal plan, everything going down well.

back to my normal training program today, fairly happy with how today went

Db chest press 12@40kg ,11@45kg
incline db fly 2x10@25kg
Cable cross over 3x15 @10kg
Wide grip push up 30,20,20
Tricep push downs 12x7 @ 60kg 45 sec rest
@willipede this is a fantastic training session. simple, effective and clean. i like it. hopefully you come back 100% from surgery soon

always something that is scary going through injuries and having to come back but you will!

Day off & dinner
Took a rest day today,

I've definitely been packing on some size due to food & gear.

I've really done minimal training since surgery so really shocked how quickly I'm filling out only change has been increasing test from 200mg to 350mg

Keen for mast being added in next week.

Today's low carb day
3500 cal, 270 protein, 412 carb, 90 fats.

Tomorrow Quads & High carb

Training quads tomorrow

High carb day, 500mg metformin xr, 1ml kaizen split bilaterally into quads, 20mg anadrol sublingual 1hr pre-wo

4110 cals, 261 protein, 620 carb, 70 fats

Meal plan has changed to keep up with my pretty high metabolism and also increased gear now for my blast.

Now doing high carb day eod to bring weekly cals up.
 
Finally getting my own chins to semi-decent numbers and my lats are feeling it too

I really do like chin ups, I would like to get back to doing weighted chins and see how heavy I can get too. They were one of my favourite exercises
