just remember what you eat will go right through you since your digestive system is shut down after a long fast. so its important to stick to single ingredient and easy to digest foods. some people like to eat some fruit, others like plain broth. you don't want to break a fast with spicy or fatty foods, or a smoothie that is a bunch of things hitting it at the same time. it will get very messy when it comes out the other end
something simple like a piece of melon, or some plain rice is what has worked for me. broth is good for most people, but for me it doesn't work well.
