Just learning testosterone

600mg test cypionate a month (40mg EOD) Prescribed 800mg/month
5mg Cialis daily

I’m wanting to put roughly 15 pounds of muscle on fairly quickly (4-6 months) and keep it there. Been athletic my whole life and have little fat. Workout routine is very amateur and thrown together for now. Body weight squats/holding weights. Push-ups, curls, sit-ups, resistance bands, etc. I know, it’s not much. I don’t have a lot of time after work. Got a gym membership and ready to use it on a regular basis.

Diet is fairly clean. I cook a lot and rarely eat fast food. Mainly meat and vegetables, grilled or baked. I love carbs too much and the wife always needs at least one with dinner so I’ll do pasta or bread a couple days a week. Calories are probably too low as I don’t eat much in the morning or at lunch during the week.

Mainly came here looking for info on finding a clean Anavar, dosage and what side effects I might need to consider. Or if they’ll be any different than my T dosage.

To be fair your testosterone dose is pretty high, especially you're 175 so its hard to see how much anavar you need to add without knowing more about you. Remember telling guys "add this" or "do this cycle" is serious as its hormonal.
As a result can you please share more with us?

Normal TRT - slightly higher I would say.

Ditch the anavar bro, get HGH, it will be way more productive at your age with the benefits it brings especially in older men. No need to mess with anything else at this point especially if your looking for longevity and building a quality physique without putting your health at massive risk.
 
Welcome to the forum I would recommend you check out the other logs on here and do those guys are doing and do your own log

Before you start an actual cycle, make sure you really know what you’re doing so you don’t waste your first real cycle

Also, the podcast is a wealth of information on each compound and how it works

Thanks for the advice. Not sure if my doc would prescribe HGH and these “clinics” locally are a ripoff. Thought I was making a log but apparently this isn’t, so I’m going to get on that this week. Any advice on HGH whenever would be appreciated

@AE1079 this is fair for sure its normal but @tuckerp4123 would really need to share a LOG for any community feedback, so we aren't guessing about his health, I'm sure you would agree.

Explain that. Is it not using all the prescribed amount?
 
If you want to put on a lot of weight, I would get testosterone and I would stack some Deca with it.
But make sure you log it.
 
you can get healthier bread/pasta options.

just check ingredients and stay away from the refined stuff.
 
If you like carbs, then go to sweet potatoes and brown rice.
Also, fruit is very good.
 
Definitely time for you to start a nice log Journal.

you can use anavar at 50mgs a day max.
 
you will be fine on anavar at 25mgs a day even. you have a lot of room to grow.
 
Don't add a lot of weight quickly.

Because it will all be sloppy weight. And that's not what you want right?
 
You should definitely keep your diet clean, and you should definitely put up a log Journal.
