definitely have leaned out a little more, more vascularity and my recovery is just more efficent.
less sleep some nights but via the App/Apple Watch my recovery is high.

What can I say so far?
Very little water retention from the GH alone however it does make you more sensitive to sodium and retention so I have noted that I can't get away with as much as previously.
Skin, Nails are seeing some improvement and sleep has become more ''efficient'' via the app.
Vascularity has slightly improved overall and lower abs are coming through better daily - while I am still sitting in a surplus and have reduced steps/output
weight is up per the same level I have been gaining about 400-600g a week but looking better
Steady improvement on lifts - reps or weight increasing - Hit a PB on single arm DB rows for 2x sets (57.5kg x 6, 7 reps)
New split starting in two days will post the split and starting weights of lifts for reference.

Update:
Everything is trending very well - slight increase in cals has been good.
Vascularity with HGH and carbs is insane and im not even in my low BF% yet (relative to last time I cut)
3-5 more weeks before I adjust cals and go into cut
I think I will blast a little higher Test/maybe add in some orals and might try to bump the HGH up to 4IU for the cut
