the best way to keeps gains between cycles is going to be different for each person because each of us have different scenarios, whether they may be good or bad, right or wrong, safe or dangerous, we ALL have a different scenarios... some the same as others but there will always be parity on what is proper for someone in between a cycle and what works for THEM... some people just flat out don't respond to certain anabolics, hormones, supplements, etc... that's basic anatomy... so noone should be bashing or disagreeing anything that may have worked for someone else... you can bring up points about why it may not be safe or offer a better alternative, but to flat out bash and say something may not work that HAS INDEED worked for several others is ridiculous... I have come a long way on this myself... The old days of bashing are far behind until i am a lot more sure it needs to be done... I know I have made myself a lot more open minded in trying several different methods and scenarios and have seen myself to have been right about some things and completely wrong about others... Trial and error is a method that just has to be done at times... The things that I recommend are things that not only have I tried and been successful with but have put hundreds to thousands of clients I have had on and have seen work...
