He stated 70% fat 20% protein 10% carbs being 20 net carbs per day or less only getting carbs from vegetables which being plants that grow above ground and certain nuts are high in fat. that is the standard keto diet yes
but the facts are it doesn't actually put you into ketosis. even if eating JUST FATS did put you into ketosis, as soon as you ate a steak, or piece of chicken you would get kicked right out.
my big gripe with keto diet is that they don't want you eating fruits. the bottom line is fruit has a very low glycemic load. fruit also is very easy to digest and are loaded with vitamins we need
