1/4 fat free milk
Filling
24 oz chicken breast
3 cups fat free mozzarella
4 center cut bacon strips
Dough
2 cups self rising flour
1 cup Greek yogurt
Garlic salt
you definitely want to simplify your diet I think that will go a long way
get an air fryer and a rice cooker and make some vegetables and prep your meat that way
