I’ve come out of a month of illness. Unfortunately caught influenza A which turned into viral pneumonia, so I’m still catching back up but it won’t take long.
Current stats and drugs:
Current bodyweight: 100.5
EQ - 840mg p/w - injecting EOD
Test E - 525mg p/w - injecting EOD
NPP - 200mg p/w - injecting EOD
HGH - 6iu - 3am / 3pm
HCG - 1500iu p/w - injecting 3x weekly
HMG - 75mg 3x per week.
Insulin rapid - 3x 9iu - 3 days a week
Telmisartan - 80mg daily
Nolva - 20mg EOD
Cialas - 10mg eod
Blood pressure sitting at 130/80
My diet will consist of carb cycling with 3x high days per week (this is when the insulin is being utilised) and a rest day after 3 days of training. See attached photo of macros.
REMINDER - they are direct macros not total. So only counting the protein in chicken, the carbs in pasta etc. so where it says 0 fats that means 0 added fats.

Coach currently has me on a 4 week meso. I will also attach some photos of how it is broken down.
