Morning gents
Not a whole lot for me to add this week.
All drugs have remained the same except I raised the insulin to 10iuās 3x per day on high days rather than 9iuās.
Sleep has been a massive issue for me as of late but I think I have it dialed in now and finally got a full nights rest last night.
Melatonin, magnesium and saffron have helped hugely.
Weight is up 1kg this week
