Morning gents 🤘

Not a whole lot for me to add this week.

All drugs have remained the same except I raised the insulin to 10iu’s 3x per day on high days rather than 9iu’s.
Sleep has been a massive issue for me as of late but I think I have it dialed in now and finally got a full nights rest last night.
Melatonin, magnesium and saffron have helped hugely.
Weight is up 1kg this week

This was before I trained.
I was meant to record my weights for the session and I completely forgot.

Yes it’s 30iu of rapid on high days spaced out throughout the day.
Only 2 days a week at the moment

I also want to see pics of you with a slin pump after all those carbs.

You should take measurements of arms legs and chest before and after the high carbs. Would be interesting seeing how dramatic the changes are.
