After a lot of thinking and discussions with my partner, coach @Anabolik_chikin , sponsor @Raptor Labs we have decided the best bet is for me to come off entirely, PCT and regain the sperm quality and count I need.
I don’t believe this will be that tough for me as I’m pretty close to the reference range now, it’s mostly my motility and morphology that needs improving.
The blast will wait, some things in life are just more important and you have to put family first.
Massive shout out to @Raptor Labs and @Anabolik_chikin they have been extremely supportive and backed me completely with my decision. As well as Chikin and Raptor, @Core Pharma have also been extremely generous and are also going to be supplying me with ancillaries and support meds needed to complete my PCT.
Im going to continue logging my journey through the PCT, how my sperm count recovers and then ultimately restart my blast again.
Thank you all for your ongoing supportthis is just a hurdle, the comeback will be better than ever

2 weeks since my last shot. Quick summary below that I sent through to the coach.
Current bodyweight: 102.5
Previous week bodyweight: 101.5
Current drugs:
HCG 3000iu p/w
HGH 2IU per day. - PM only
I will continue the HCG for another week and then drop it and add in Nolva and enclo.
Vitamins - krill oil, vitamin C, magnesium chelate
High days have been taken out of my program for now until I jump back on cycle and we re-introduce insulin.
Did you complete all your diet, training and cardio or were there any deviations this week:

How do you feel/overall wellbeing, sleep, stress, hunger, energy/fatigue etc:
Sleep is still fucking shit. I don’t know what’s wrong with me. I think it’s work related. Melatonin, saffron and magnesium seem to be doing the trick though which is good.
Energy/ fatigue is surprisingly good. I think now that I’ve come to terms with my decision it’s a lot easier. Just got to move forward and keep doing the best I can whilst off.
Think my posing is improving as well, very slowly lol.
I will add: I am really starting to feel the effects of the compounds leaving my body. Strength has remained fairly consistent which is nice but my mood and sense of well being has plummeted. My fuse is also extremely short.
