Approved Log Kuros growth phase - Equipoise Testosterone NPP HGH Cycle Log

How are you feeling overall bro?
To begin with I was extremely agitated, had 0 patience and quite emotional.

It seems to have balanced out and I’m suprisingly level headed.

My sleep has improved drastically.

I’ve lost a little fullness to my appearance, weight is still holding strong at 102.5kg.

@Kurobigg emotions run high on recover, you'll snap too easily, remember this is short term, you'll start seeing better overall mood around week 6

Alright gents so attached are my sperm test results.

Test 1 - 22nd of May
I was running hcg 750iu p/w

Test 2 - 23rd of July
I had just finished 8 weeks of a fertility protocol which consisted of
- hcg 6000iu weekly
- HMG 75iu 3x per week

I ran this protocol alongside my blast which was at the Time
550 Test
850 EQ
200 NPP
20mg Nolva eod.

As you can see my sperm count did marginally increase but the quality actually went down.

I have another test booked approximately 6-8 weeks after this last one was taken so we will see how they have recovered.

I also had bloods done 2 weeks ago which shows my LH and my FSH to be completely depleted.
did you do bloods for E2 test etc?

Yeah I think my mood has already started to improve. All of this is only making me more excited for when I can jump back on.

I’m also finding the process quite interesting as my body lines out its hormones.

The fertility clinic did some bloods which is how I saw my LH and FSH but I didn’t get an e2 reading. I’ll look at doing some more bloods in the coming weeks

@Kurobigg try to get more bloods, sperm count is one thing but having high E2/prolactin is a big issue that you'd need to control if spikes

Morning Evo. Thought I’d just paste my check in with the coach below.

Current bodyweight: 101.7

Previous week bodyweight: 102.5

Loss - 800g

Current drugs:
HCG 3000iu p/w - finishing Tuesday
HGH 2iu per day. - PM only
Nolva - 40mg starting Tuesday
Enclo - 50mg starting Tuesday
LCarn - 400mg daily starting Tuesday

Vitamins - krill oil, vitamin C, magnesium chelate

Did you complete all your diet, training and cardio or were there any deviations this week:

  • All training complete
  • Had to eat intuitively for a day as I drove 10 hours from work to home for a funeral.

How do you feel/overall wellbeing, sleep, stress, hunger, energy/fatigue etc:

Well my sleep has took a turn. I’ve never felt so refreshing in my fucking life.
I sleep all the way through to my alarm. Man I’ve missed this hahaha. Not as much as I miss EQ though

Energy - fine

Mood - fine (really good actually)

Strength - fine barely dropped at all.

Do you have any wins with diet/training/mind set you would like to share, or is there anything you are struggling with that I can help you do better:

Just my positive mindset really man. Thought I’d be struggling a lot more. We’ll see how I go once the PCT meds start doing their thing.

All in all coach is happy with where we are sitting right now. Not changing calories and still sticking with the 4 weekly training cycles. Currently on an upper lower split with a 5th day being accessories.
Aesthetically he has said it just looks like I’ve dropped to a cruise so let’s hope I can maintain that during this off season.
